Iam for prochoice

I stumbled on a news feature advocating for condoms to be issued to students in schools and colleges, and there has been an ongoing debate as to whether it should be implemented.. it should actually be issued.
and am not in the idea of immorality most are missing the point here, schools are not giving out condoms to promote sex, my eight years incumbency in high school and college can affirm that teens get sexually aroused... its in their nature, teenagers are pressured, tempted and are willing have sex..they tend to have sex if they want it, if the condom is inaccessible they will still have it.

This is where the initiative of issuing condoms comes in, they put a priority on health of the students. safe sex!
according to WHO the rate of STD`s and pregnancy rate have risen over the years, one in 5 new HIV infection is in someone aged 13 to 24 and they chiefly haven to be students.
this is a health issue.

With sex still a taboo subject in many low social economic status homes and schools this initiative will stem sex education, teenagers are likely to make mistakes and poor decisions, but parents and guardians will punish them and the they in first instance  never took the initiative of educating them, how do they make adult informed decisions when they have little knowledge?
If a child cant talk to a parent about sex ed. at least schools would have added knowledge to them on how to protect themselves through proper discussions after giving out condoms (sex ed and practices) IN CASE they choose to have sex. I would rather see high school and college distribute condoms than completely ignore the fact that some teenagers do have sex at all, this would at least give them an option whether to be safe or not.
